We include transport to our approved retailer’s warehouse or showroom as standard. However, if storing/handling a large consignment is an issue or you would simply prefer to have it delivered directly to the installation location, we can arrange this using a dedicated, “residential” timed, two-man delivery service.

We’ll take the stress out of the delivery, but to ensure everything goes smoothly, we kindly ask that you share as much information as possible in advance.

Once agreed, we’ll notify your customer of the delivery progress by text and telephone call, and the bath will be delivered to the installation location on the agreed date within a 2-hour time slot.

Due to additional time, management and labour requirements of this service, a charge of £100 per delivery applies. Additionally, failed attempts may also be charged.
