We hereby request you to open a credit account. I, being an authorised ocer of this business, agree that payment of all accounts will be received by you (our supplier) 30 days from month end of invoice. I/We appreciate that adherence to this obligation is the essence of the contract between us.

Photographic Licensing Agreement

I/We acknowledge that any images/photography of Waters product is property and exclusive copyright of the company and cannot be used without express permission of the copyright holder (photographic licenses with terms of use are available upon request). I/We understand Illegal or un-authorised use of images/photography may result in the closure or suspension of my account and possible legal action.

I/we also give consent to a credit check.
